Small was big in the 1960s as anyone will tell you, from skirts to cars and everything materialistic in between. And it’s the latter example which we’re focusing on here, or rather the already acclaimed contemporary fine artist, Samantha Ellis is, courtesy of the rapidly emerging exponent of her genre’s brand new Spring 2016 release. Yes, Ellis is quickly making something of a name for herself in a relatively short space of time, just like the aforementioned skirt and Mini, with her very latest compositional piece, which has drawn a lot of its giclee on canvas-presented inspiration from something which was very much a sign of the 1960s times.

‘Mini Adventure’ is a riotously urban splash of colouration which is daubed with an array of cultural highlights in every inch of its 25” x 20” visual being. Because together with the hugely influential (and original) Mini, the stir-making Ellis has also juxtaposed Big Ben’s iconic clock tower for value added pictorial measure as a core part and parcel of this hand-signed limited edition which is launched this season. The thing is, you’ll have to move as fleet of foot as the agile Mini at the centrepiece of this gregariously fashioned study does, if you’re not to miss out on this very latest Ellis offering, as demand is sure to outstrip the restricted supply.
