Set in a time gone by, a seeming flotilla of row boats and other traditional river-born vessels are depicted by Millar circumnavigating the Thames notorious currents and tides, as they ultimately make gradual haste toward the iconic bridge, blazing a trail in the distance courtesy of its transient lighthouse-like qualities.
