Yes, Smith returns to one of the subject matters that he does best, as he artistically encapsulates a new generation of Mini aficionados sense the cut and thrust of the sometimes arduous stages of the iconic Monte Carlo Rally of yesteryear. Recreating scenes reminiscent of Paddy Hopkirk and co circumnavigating a series of challenging hairpins and apexes discovered in the Italian Alps close to Turin back in the early to mid-1960s, hordes of loyal and patriotic Mini owners pay their respects in the best way they could by re-plotting those famous routes in one of THE most famous cars ever pieced together.
